wow./sorry i have been really busy lately. but i kept track

 

thursday night - 8 hour sleep - 5 pnts

 

friday intake

B- apple (neg)

L- nothin

D- soup (175 cals.)

total cal  . points = 10

water bottles = 5  ---- 4 pnts

2 hour work out on treadmill - 12 pnts

friday night sleep - 7 hours -5 pnts

 

 

saturday-

B- nothing

L-nothing

D- energy bar ( 175)

cal pnts- 10

water bottles - 9 bt.- 7pnts

1 hour on treadmil. 2 hour dance class (hip hop ) -- 18 pnts.

sleep - 9 hrs. - 6 pnts

d- planning for nothing which will probably happen

water so far - 4 bottles

plan to add 3 bottles to that
